Responsible for the development, review and marketing of educational programs. Committee members will have their finger on the pulse of industry trends and suggest appropriate trainings or courses to keep members relevant and up-to-date in the real estate market.
Golf Tournament Committee
Volunteers will help plan and execute this annual tournament to raise funds for RACC's charities of the year.
Requests for arbitration and ethical complaints are reviewed to determine if hearings are warranted and ensure that complaints are in proper form, have been filed within the time limit established by NAR and are otherwise procedurally correct. The Board of Directors must approve members. Special training is required (3 to 4 hours) and participation is closed after the training date.
Monitors government regulations that affect the real estate industry. Attends public meetings as necessary and has contact with government officials. This committee keeps the Board of Directors and membership informed and recommends actions as necessary.
MLS Board of Managers (Presidential Appointment Only)
This committee is involved with all things MLS. Members suggest policy updates, make changes and review new products for the membership. The time commitment is 2 to 5 hours per month.
MLS User Group
Discover what's new with the MLS, share visionary ideas, discuss challenges, learn from the experiences of your peers, and networks with RACC MLS users and the RACC MLS board of managers. Members of the user group may be possible future candidates for appointments to the MLS Board of Managers.
This committee convenes hearing panels on an as-needed basis to hear matters of alleged unethical conduct by association members or to provide arbitration. Experience on the Grievance Committee is a requirement and the Board of Directors must approve members. Special training is required (3 to 4 hours) and participation is closed after the training date.
REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)
This committee raises funds to further industry-related politcal issues on a non-partisan basis. This committee is instrumental in planning and organizing the annual Chili Cook-Off, RACC's largest RPAC fundraiser of the year.
Young Professionals Network (YPN)
There's no age requirement to join this group. Be a part of the hottest networking and education group for real estate professionals in Citrus County as they plan various special events and community outreach projects throughout the year.
